Yes we provide full support for StorageChain VPS's. Please select "free monitoring" during checkout. Some users do not want us to restart their VPS, by checking this box on checkout we will basically have permission to restart your VPS.

3. Restart. We will restart your VPS and help troubleshoot to get it back online.
Yes, when you log into your dashboard at sharkbackup.com, under products and services you can manage your VPS.
Yes a domain is required. It always good practice to have a valid hostname. Domains we offer:
1. Purchase. You can purchase a new domain from us.
2. Use Your Own Domain. You can use your own domain and create DNS records to your VPS IP address.
3. Free Domain. We offer a free subdomain and DNS for your VPS. The domain we use is web3server.io. For example you would be able to create the subdomain "myvps.web3server.io"
All of these options are available during the ordering process.
Our StorageChain VPS's do not include backups due the large storage being utilized. We can provide backups, please contact our support if you are interested. The backups would be KVM snapshots stored on a remote server.
